I love this dish so much and is one of my go-to during the week when the weather is a bit miserable. ⁣ ⁣ I used a combination of chestnut and button mushrooms as well as plenty of garlic, and fried them all off with the crispy pancetta in some olive oil. ⁣ ⁣ Alfredo sauces are usually made with lots of cream and butter but for this recipe I used creme fraiche.. (and some butter!) to make it a little lighter. Reduce down with a splash of wine wine and you will get a gorgeously silky creamy sauce, without the calorie hit of double cream! ⁣ ⁣ Boil your favourite pasta in seasoned water; I used linguine. Finish the sauce with fresh parsley, a big handful of Parmesan, two clarence_court egg yolks and plenty of black pepper. Remember to use some of that sacred pasta water if the sauce is too thick once you have added the pasta to the sauce. ⁣ ⁣ Plate up and drizzle with lots of truffle oil (I use trufflehunteruk black truffle oil as it is one of the best I have found), pepper and a little more parsley. ⁣ ⁣ You've now got yourself a sexy little pasta dish with the added luxury of a bit of truffle! Love for wahan mosdeng(tripuri pork salad) is eternal 🥰. It's basically boiled pork that's thoroughly mixed with onions, garlic, salt, grilled chilli paste and coriander. The dream of picking veggies from my own kitchen garden may not come true, considering my Mumbai life. Meatballs🍝 . Ever since my last pregnancy I could NOT eat meatballs! Even after I just couldn’t do it. I haven’t made my delicious Sunday sauce in forever! I started videoing my first attempt at this Dairy Free Nut Free Sauce but my phone died 🙄 Alas here is the recipe I created last night during my Sunday Cravings for a creamy pasta My recipe creations Always begins with a craving mine or my family’s , people often ask where I get my inspiration for creating allergy friendly recipes so there you have it 😋Hope you like it 🥰Vegan Alfredo Dairy Free Nut Free NEW RECIPE •3 cups of so_delicious so delicious coconut milk unsweetened •1 stick of earthbalance balance •2 1/12 tablespoons of arrowroot •1 shallot finely diced •4 pressed garlic cloves •1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg •3/4 tsp of Salt or add more to taste •Rough ground pepper to taste •1/4 cup followyourheart veganaise •1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons of vegan Parmesan cheese ( used combo of goveggiefoods Vegan Parmesan and followyourheart follow your heart) vegan Parmesan On med low heat melt stick of butter, then add shallots and sauté until translucent,then add pressed garlic sauté until fragrant don’t burn or brown , slowly add milk whisk in gently but quickly whisk in arrowroot until it’s disappeared into liquid while warm and smooth before liquid gets hot to avoid curdling . 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐚, 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐨 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐞⁣ ⁣ Is there anything more comforting that a big bowl of deliciously silky pasta? I think not. I love this dish so much and is one of my go-to during the week when the weather is a bit miserable. ⁣ ⁣ I used a combination of chestnut and button mushrooms as well as plenty of garlic, and fried them all off with the crispy pancetta in some olive oil. ⁣ ⁣ Alfredo sauces are usually made with lots of cream and butter but for this recipe I used creme fraiche.. (and some butter!) to make it a little lighter. Reduce down with a splash of wine wine and you will get a gorgeously silky creamy sauce, without the calorie hit of double cream! ⁣ ⁣ Boil your favourite pasta in seasoned water; I used linguine. Finish the sauce with fresh parsley, a big handful of Parmesan, two clarence_court egg yolks and plenty of black pepper. Remember to use some of that sacred pasta water if the sauce is too thick once you have added the pasta to the sauce. ⁣ ⁣ Plate up and drizzle with lots of truffle oil (I use trufflehunteruk black truffle oil as it is one of the best I have found), pepper and a little more parsley. ⁣ ⁣ You've now got yourself a sexy little pasta dish with the added luxury of a bit of truffle!
