HowTo Stay in ROUTINE- even through the busy times!
For many of us and our babies it’s BACK TO SCHOOL! It’s easy to let that be an excuse to miss class or hit the drive through, but I’m here to remind you: YOU GOT THIS!
Here are my tips for staying on track when life gets busy-
1. Plan ahead
Pack your own meals, your kid’s lunch box, AND your gym bag all the night before. No rushing in the AM, and no excuse to be off your nutrition.
2. Schedule your week on Sunday and WRITE.IT.DOWN.
Get a white board for the fridge, or in your planner and put actual pen to paper. It’s easier to see on paper, and then you’ll know if there are days that are tight and you can extra prepare or ask for help.
3. Treat your meals/workouts/you time as the obligation it IS.
Just because it’s an obligation to yourSELF, doesn’t make it any less worthy than an obligation to someone else. Hold yourself accountable, and don’t cancel on yourself.
Remember- you always feel better when you keep your routine, and every healthy step forward is one step closer to your goals 💪
