🥢: One of our favorite breakfasts, savory jianbing (#煎饼)! In Taiwan, you can run into into street vendors everywhere selling these savory crepes filled with whatever your heart desires for around $2. I love filling mine with pork floss (basically I put this on everything), crispy fried wontons, scrambled fluffy eggs, cilantro, lettuce, fried ham or spam, scallions, and melted American cheese (don’t knock it till you try it) with a doubanjiang + hoisin sauce. My dad always tells me to eat them every day when we’re in Taiwan because he knows how much I love them. 😂 Recipe coming soon!
