BAHAN SIRAMAN : - 200 gram daging ayam fillet, potong kecil - 1/2 bh bawang bombay, iris - 1 sdm saus tiram - 1 sdt minyak wijen - 1 sdm kecap asin - kecap manis secukupnya - Bumbu halus : 4 siung bawang putih+1 cm jahe + gula, garam, merica bubuk secukupnya . CARA MEMBUAT : 1. Didihkan air, beri garam dan minyak goreng, masukkan pokcoy, rebus kurang lebih 2 menit/sesuaikan. Angkat, tiriskan. Jika suka rasa pakcoy yg kres setelah diangkat siram dengan air matang dingin. 2. Tumis bumbu halus dan bawang bombay sampai wangi, masukkan ayam dan minyak wijen, aduk sampai berubah warna. 3. Masukkan kecap manis, kecap asin dan saus tiram, beri air secukupnya (saya pake 150 ml air), masak sampai ayam matang, bumbu resap dan koreksi rasa. 4. Französiche Tarte Tatin mit karamellisierten Zimtäpfeln. Wenn's schnell gehen muss 🙂🍎🍰. 1) 4 Äpfel schälen, entkernen und in Scheiben schneiden. 2) 50g Butter in der Pfanne schmelzen und Zimt und Xucker ( oder normaler Zucker)dazugeben. 3) Die Äpfel kreisförmig in die Masse legen und 5 min bei niedriger Temperatur köcheln lassen. 4) Blätterteig oben drauflegen und im Ofen 10-15min bei 200 Grad backen. 5) Wenn eure Tarte fertig ist, dann stützt ihr sie einfach auf einen Teller. New post is up on the blog! Sourdough Strawberry Shortcake - with a dairy free option. This is one of my favorite summer desserts, and though it’s best in early summer with local Tennessee strawberries, it’s pretty amazing all summer as well. Best enjoyed with black coffee and friends on a porch. I grew up eating this (it’s my mawmaw’s recipe, passed down to me through my mom) and it brings back so many good memories. I hope you like it! Sätt ugnen på 200 grader. 2. Riv mandelmassan i en bunke. 3. Tillsätt äggvitan, socker och citronskal och eventuellt karamellfärg. 4. Vispa med en elvisp tills det är välblandat. 5. Häll upp florsockret i en skål. 6. Rulla ca 15 st bollar av degen, rulla bollarna i florsocker och lägg på en plåt med bakplåtspapper. 7. Baka mitt i ugnen i 12-14 minuter tills de har fin färg och har krackelerat lite.

Ich habe dafür die PENNY Naturgut Bio-Produkte verwendet, die ich testen darf. Erstmal das Rezept für ein leckeres Schoko-Granola, das man auch gut zum Frühstück essen kann. --- 150 g Naturgut Bio Basis-Müsli 50 g Naturgut Bio-Mango-Streifen getrocknet 15 g Kakaopulver 30 ml Kokosöl 60 ml Ahornsirup (oder ein anderer Sirup) Salz, Zimt nach Geschmack --- Mango-Streifen in kleine Stücke schneiden und mit Müsli mischen. Kokosöl in einem Topf aufwärmen, Kakaopulver, Sirup, Salz und Zimt einrühren. Müsli hinzugeben und gut vermischen. Masse auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech geben und verteilen. Für 10 Minuten bei 150°C backen, dann wenden und nochmals 10 Minuten backen. Jetzt zum Cheesecake 🍰 --- Boden: 200 g Granola 125 g Butter 2 EL Honig Creme: 1 Packung (12 Blätter) Gelatine 200 g Quark 100 g Naturgut Bio Kokosblütenzucker 300 g Frischkäse 250 g Joghurt 200 g Schlagsahne Topping: 1 Mango --- Granola im Mixer zerkleinern. Butter zerlassen, mit Granola und Honig mischen. Eine 20 cm Backform mit Backpapier auslegen. Müslibrösel in die Springform geben, zu einem glatten Boden fest drücken. Kalt stellen. Gelatine zum Einweichen in kaltes Wasser geben. In einer Schüssel Frischkäse, Quark, Joghurt und Zucker verrühren. Sahne steif schlagen. Gelatine ausdrücken und in einem Topf bei sehr schwacher Hitze unter Rühren auflösen. Etwas von der Quarkcreme zur lauwarmen Gelatinelösung geben und verrühren. Mischung dann unter Rühren mit einem Schneebesen zur übrigen Creme geben. Geschlagene Sahne unterrühren. Die Creme auf dem Müsliboden verteilen und für 4-5 Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen. In the pan where the cooled off caramel is, pour in the liquid crème. Then, ladel in the cake batter onto the liquid crème caramel layer. Bake in a water bath at 350 degrees on the middle rack of a preheated oven. Cake is ready when a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Remove and let it rest till cooled down to room temperature, before placing it in the fridge overnight or up to 6 hours. Torta di ciliegie e mirtilli rovesciata 100 g mandorle pelate 60 g di farina di riso 140 g fecola di patate 120 g zucchero + 100 per il top 4 uova 1 bustina di lievito in polvere per dolci 350 gr di ciliegie 50 gr di mirtilli Snocciolate le ciliegie e riponetele in una ciotola con 100 gr di zucchero e i mirtilli. Mescolate il tutto senza rovinare la frutta e lasciatele riposare. Preparate la pentola, ungendo i bordi e infarinandola. Tagliate poi della carta da forno formando un cerchio con un buco al centro. Mettete alla base della pentola la carta e distribuiteci uniformemente la frutta sopra. . A parte frullate le mandorle riducendole in farina. Sbattete poi le uova con lo zucchero rendendo il composto spumoso (con il Bimby: farfalla, 2,30 min, velocità 5). Aggiungete le farine, il lievito e la vaniglia e mescolate (con il Bimby: farfalla, 2 min, velocità 5). Versate il composto nella pentola, chiudete con il coperchio e cuocete 10 min su fornello piccolo a fiamma alta e 30 min a fiamma minima. Una volta cotto, capovolgerlo dalla pentola ancora caldo e rimuovere la carta delicatamente.
